Exploring ongoingness practices in India

NiD mennequinWe’re spending time at the National Institute of Design in India this February – and are very lucky to be welcomed by both the Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar campuses. We’re learning about ways in which people maintain lasting connections with people who are deceased on a personal level, but also on a collective basis. These new understandings are enabling us think beyond our Western framing to conceive of design to support ongoingness in new, broader ways.
